I just celebrated my 40th birthday, and now that I’ve reached this milestone, I don’t notice too many changes, except for my skin. I’m breaking out when I never broke out before, I get weird, itchy spots, and I’m always red. Is this caused from being 40, or is it coincidental? It made me ask–do we need to change our skincare routine as we get older?
