For me personally, the hardest thing to fit in my day is working out. You want to go for a run, you pack the kids in the stroller and set out, but all the while they’re wondering (or whining) about when you’re heading back. Not very relaxing. So, my interest was piqued when I heard about the Gold’s Gym initiative called Family Fitness First! which are different workouts that a family can do together.
The gym has teamed up with Fitness Institute member and personal trainer Tracey Mallet (author and creator of two best-selling fitness books entitled “Sexy in 6” and “Super-Fit Mama”) to create a series of workouts for parents that they can do by themselves or with the kiddos. They’re offering workouts for every age range–so no matter how old your child is, you have no excuse to not work out!
