Summer is here and working our core muscles is important not only for the beach but also overall fitness and wellness. Strong cores are also vital in helping prenatal women offset pregnancy related postural changes that can cause back discomfort and other discomforts. Please keep the following in mind:
- Prenatal participants must get a physician’s approval for exercise.
- Please empty your bladder before beginning.
- If you feel discomfort or pain during an exercise, please modify or stop.
