    Very nice! I’m glad you posted that. I rarely sit down and watch the news so I missed seeing you guys. 🙂 We start school early and one thing that really works for us is that the kids get dressed in their room before they are even allowed OUT of their room in the morning. Then the first thing they do is eat breakfast and continue on with the morning routine. It also really helps to have as little distraction as possible in the morning. They are not allowed to play, watch tv, color, turn on the computer….NOTHING! Unless, we are all packed and ready and have extra time. And now that my kids are older they will be helping to pack their lunches the night before. WOOHOO!! It does get better. 🙂
