This past Friday I was at the launch party of Breezy Mama Vanessa’s (Go-To Outfit Whiz) styling business where I was saddled up next to the food table, glass of wine in hand, gobbling up the goods. I somehow managed to avoid the desserts when, at the end of the night, someone said, “Erica, these peanut butter cups are delicious!” Peanut butter cups?? What? Where? Turns out that I had been missing peanut butter and chocolate pieces of heaven. I shoved one in my mouth so fast, and it was so delicious, I couldn’t believe that I was avoiding it. Erica went home and sent me the recipe that same night, but she wants to make sure her friend Kim gets the credit–that’s where Erica originally got the recipe from. All I have to say is, thanks to both you girls for making life a bit sweeter. –Alex
Ingredients:
- Pre packaged peanut butter cookie dough
- Granola
- Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
- Mini muffin pan (Don’t have one? Click here to order yours for only $12.59 from Amazon.)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Roll dough in one inch balls
- Put peanut butter balls in pan (keep them in balls- do NOT push them in)
- Cook according to package directions or until golden brown (about 12-13 minutes)
- Remove from oven
- Push in a peanut butter cup
- Sprinkle with granola
- Let cool for a couple minutes and remove from muffin pan
That’s all you have to do for your piece of heaven. Go enjoy–either with a big glass of red wine, or a tall, cold glass of milk. Either way, fabulous!

Can’t wait to try this one! My hubby LOVES PB and chocolate! BTW, we went to Mammoth this weekend and made s’mores. My friend turned us on to s’mores with peanut butter – yummy!!! Can’t go wrong with PB and chocolate!!!
