My husband and I are obsessed–we’ve been making it all the time and yesterday, as I was licking the mixing bowl clean (you think I’m joking, don’t you?) I thought I should share the love with the Breezy Mama readers. You can use it on any type of salad, but it’s garlicky, so I usually stick to a Caesar salad theme. The one I made last night had romaine lettuce, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, croutons and Parmesan cheese. Last Friday I found myself cruising the aisles of Ikea with Breezy Mama Kelly. I was looking for a new lamp for our living room, when I spotted this beauty.
