Delish Dish: Spoon Burgers–Making Dinner Easy
My mother-in-law, Paula, is a working mother of five (six if you include me) and grandmother to two. She and my father-in-law, Blair, are also very involved with softball–coaching and having their youngest daughter still playing on a traveling team. Point being? She’s an extremely busy person who is short on time, and when all of us get together, she has to cook quick and make sure the meal feeds a lot of hungry mouths. Paula’s go to recipe? Spoon Burgers. They are super easy and fast to cook–economical too! An added bonus is that the kids love them. The recipe originates from her high school, Bishop Montgomery–Thursday was Spoon Burger Day, which was Paula’s favorite. Cook some for yourself and they’ll become your favorite too. –Alex
