I can totally relate to feeling guilty for not reading to my kids for a few days and my best times w/ my kids are also unstructured days on the beach listening to them play, laugh and the new things they come up with. Now I need to just adopt the same attitude to working out! I'll have it for a while then life gets busy and it's the first thing to go.
