Check out this hand screen printed, non-toxic onsie from The Little Seed. The comfy organic cotton is sure to have you wanting to plant your little one in it. No matter your choice, you’re sure to sprout a few compliments.
Breezy Tip: Not in the mood to splurge $36 for a onsie? Check out the adorable bunny design for $4.99 from Old Navy.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I thought that I needed to have a supply of nursing bras for when he came into the world. I went online, saw that Medela made some (and thought—Medela? don’t they make a pump? They must be good.) and ordered a couple in my size. I wore the bras for a solid year, never questioning them. That was until I broke them out again for the birth of my second child. As I put them on for the first time (again) I thought, “I don’t remember these being so, well, big,” and shrugged my shoulders and finished getting dressed. It went that way for about a month until I finally realized that there MUST be something a little more feminine and maybe, dare I say, sexier, in the nursing bra market. I went to my local (newly opened) breastfeeding store, Milkalicious, where I found it—the Bella Materna bra. I tried it on and it was as if the angels above started singing. First, they actually had one in my size (very hard to find) and Yes! it was cut low enough to not show above the neckline of my shirt and Yes! it was sexy and Yes! it didn’t have the nursing tabs—you just pull it open and whip out the boob. All this with complete support and lift! It changed my life, and it can change yours too.
It all started with an M&M. Little Susie couldn’t understand for the life of her why she would walk away from her toys to go sit on the potty when it was so convenient to go in her diaper. With the promise of a pea sized candy, suddenly there was a reason. Before long, it even clicked that it was actually pretty nice not to wade in feces and urine. In short, little Susie was bribed, but ultimately taught a skill.
Unwittingly, Susie carried that same logic into her adult years and applied it to her career. The more skills she applied, the more incentives she received, ultimately leading to financial security. And, yet, she grew up not needing anything chocolate cover coated to encourage her to use the potty.

The buzz on celebrity parents for February 28, 2009
It’s a double for Mike Piazza. The former New York Mets catcher and his wife are expecting their second child.
Add triple the fun for Boston Legal’s Julie Bowen. The actress announced twin boys will join big brother Oliver in April.
Mythbusters Kari Byron’s tummy will soon be busting out. Announcing the pregnancy on the show with her two male costars, she jokingly asked, “Guess which one of us is actually pregnant?”
Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, expect to fashion in a child at the end of summer.
Father of two Kevin Federline will be debuting new seams in the children’s clothing business. Keeping it Breezy, Britney Spear’s ex told Women’s Wear Daily, “I’m trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans.”
It was great site sea-ing for the audience of The Little Mermaid on Broadway when they were joined by fellow spectators Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and their kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.
Best Actress Oscar winner and mom Kate Winslet shared with Oprah, “I have done quite a lot of nudity, and I feel like my kids — they’re 8 and 5 now — maybe they’re going to start to become aware of the amount of nudity I’ve done. I just sort of feel like I can’t get away with it that much longer.”

Here’s the beef: it used to be if stars gained a few lbs they were insta Oscar contenders. Robert De Niro started the trend with Raging Bull; Russell Crowe plumped up his role for The Insider and Minnie Driver fattened up her resume when she popped onto the scene in Circle of Friends.
Now, Hollywood has taken it two thick ankle steps further and if a star hasn’t been in the press for a while, they suddenly burst back onto the scene 15 to 20 pounds heavier declaring: Don’t Call Me Fat!
After appearing a little larger than usual in a bikini, Jennifer Love Hewitt herself declared, “I worked 20 years in this business and that’s how I got the cover of People!” Flash forward just a few weeks later and one too many headlines declare: “How Jennifer Love Hewitt Lost the Weight.”
Um, didn’t she JUST declare everywhere that she’s not fat, she loves her size and she’s going to ignore the obnoxious press? Right when we women banded together to defend her in hopes of giving our daughters a healthy body image, she up and betrayed all mother-kind.
She’s not alone when it comes to this weighty issue. Tyra Banks and Dancing with the Star’s Cheryl Burke both declared they loved their bodies only to lose part of them. And now we’re left with Jessica Simpson and Mischa Barton pathetically using their current curves to splash themselves back on covers. We get it – you love your body. Until you need more press.

I find that my son will get stuck on one CD and to try and get him to listen to anything else it like World War Three. “Let’s try this” I say from the driver’s seat, my thumb changing the iPod. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOO” yells the tyrant from the back seat, “I waaaaaant Baby Einstein!” (Or whatever CD he happens to be into that month.) So, one time, having the car to myself, I decided to listen to Elton John’s Greatest Hits and it was still playing as I picked him up from preschool. As the engine started, the music turned on and he immediately asked to change it. But me, having a moment of genius, said, “There’s a song called Bennie and the Jets, want to hear that?” And he, loving jets as he does, says yes. After that, I asked if he wanted to hear Rocket Man. He did. And now Elton John is on our revolving playlist. You should try it too.
